The final pass of edits have been sent to the publisher. Barring any mistakes or to-and-fro, the book should be available in early February 2009. There were only a few changes, and most were minor, even arguable (punctuation preferences, for instance). The cover design was finalized a few weeks ago, and a new blurb was added a little later.
Marketing, advertising, and signings are being planned now. It’s nice to have the project to this point. Denovo is off on a trip out West for something or other — he’s being a little opaque about exactly what’s going on, but Mona and Tucker are also out there with him. Probably some skiing after the last case. He finally recovered, so some time off would be in order.
