So far, publishing “Spam & Eggs: A Johnny Denovo Mystery” for the Kindle has been well worth the 15 minutes it took! More people than I would have expected have purchased the book this way. And, as the author, I actually net more from these purchases, true to Amazon‘s premise for e-books (cheaper to buy, better revenues for authors and publishers).
