While “Spam & Eggs: A Johnny Denovo Mystery” has gained a good deal of critical acclaim over the first few weeks of its release, getting more books into the hands of readers is the main goal of publication. And readers have been responding as well, with spontaneous phone calls saying how much they enjoyed reading it. Now that warm weather is in the air, there has even been shouted praise (“I loved the book!”) from the sidewalks as I drive through town.
I want more readers. Therefore, I’m taking two steps this week to get more books into the hands of readers:
- The price for buying autographed copies directly from me using the “Buy Now” PayPal link to the right has been reduced to $9.81, a 40% discount.
- One person who purchases a copy this week will receive, in addition, a free copy of one of my favorite books of all time, “Einstein’s Dreams.” This is also one of Johnny’s favorites, as it exhibits how much can be accomplished through allegorical and metaphorical thinking. Einstein’s insights were both mathematical and metaphorical, and this novel captures the thinking that informed our conceptions of time and space.
This little promotion has no downside for readers interested in a good mystery-suspense novel that puts a new twist on the genre. You get a signed copy of “Spam & Eggs” at the lowest price possible, and you have a chance of receiving a second excellent book at no additional cost!
Orders placed before midnight, Friday, April 3rd, will qualify. The winner will be picked by random drawing.
Good luck!
